Non-refundable donation policy

All donations made to International Foundation For African Children (IFAC) through our online payment platforms are final and non-refundable.

By completing a transaction via our secure payment partners, you authorize IFAC to process your donation immediately. Funds are automatically allocated to our charitable programs and therefore cannot be reversed or refunded after successful payment.

Donors are advised to:

• Verify all payment details before confirming transactions
• Ensure the correct donation amount is entered

In cases of duplicate charges, payment errors, or unauthorized transactions, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. Such cases will be reviewed in collaboration with our payment service provider, and any resolution shall be at the sole discretion of IFAC.
