If a donor believes a transaction was made in error, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days of the donation date, screenshot the payment error, and send it to Support@africanchildren-ifac.org.

Each request will be reviewed, and where applicable, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.
